Underwriting review and credit approval by GWE Investors
Execution of applicable loan agreements and closing documents
Satisfaction of any conditions precedent specified in the term sheet

GWE Investors reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion without disclosing the specific reasons for denial.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description: By opting in to SMS communications from GWE Investors, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages, including information about our business funding products, service updates, and promotional offers. Messages are sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).

Consent: Your opt-in to receive SMS/MMS messages from GWE Investors is voluntary. Consent is NOT a condition of purchase or of receiving business funding services. You may submit an inquiry and receive a response without opting in to SMS.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and data plan. GWE Investors is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.

Severability
